C. You may provide an example of any artistic works you have created (e.g. art, writing, photography, etc.) to assist the selection committee in evaluating your application. Please only upload jpg, pdf, or doc files. If a video or audio would better demonstrate your artistic work, please include a link to the video or audio. You may upload five files directly, but if you would like to share more with the selection committee, you may provide links to an on-line gallery for further samples of your work.
Once you submit your application, you should receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submission. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us at email@example.com.
