Aldo Cervantes (b.1997) is a Mexican-American photographer whose practice maps the emotional topography of migration, memory, and belonging. Raised between Tecate, Baja California, and the U.S., Cervantes began photographing his surroundings to process the in-betweenness of immigrant life. His work transforms domestic spaces, family snapshots, and gestures of labor into meditations on displacement and inheritance. He has been featured in the U.S. and the U.K. with organizations like Humble Arts Foundation, Air Place Studios, and the Mexicali Biennial. Cervantes holds a B.A. in Visual Arts from the University of California, San Diego, and currently works between San Diego, Los Angeles, and Tecate.
