Jacel Anne Bulatao (b. 2002) is a queer Filipino-American multimedia artist based in San Diego, California.

They primarily work with mixed media ceramic sculptures to explore their identity and connection to ancestry through the embodiment of cultural elements, animals, and generational stories.

With a vast background in art, they hold a B.A. in Multimedia Art from San Diego State University, an A.A. in Studio Art from Southwestern College, and in high school, majored as a Visual Artist at the San Diego School of Creative Performing Arts.
