"Why do I want to entertain? Well, I believe it is because I enjoy telling stories. I love transporting people from their daily lives and transporting them to another world, a world that brings them joy, a world that helps them heal, a world that helps them relate to humanity."

We loved this sentiment from Alyssa Junious. In addition, when we met her, we were just captured by her presence.  Alyssa has been a dancer, teacher, and choreographer for the last nine years, but she was seeking to expand her skills in singing and acting, so she could pursue musical theater. The William Male Foundation awarded her an art grant to get additional coaching in singing and acting, and we're excited to see her on the stage in a musical one day!
